So I recently purchased the Blu-ray to One Piece's first movie from France. I ripped it, and after getting permission from him, added GoldenUmi's subtitles (which in turn are based on Kaizoku-Fansubs' translation, I think, but without the wapa). I tweaked the subs a little and fixed some typos, but by and large the subtitles in here are his work and Kaizoku-Fansubs', so most of the credit goes to them. I'll quote GoldenUmi's comments from his torrent post on ADC (filtering out stuff that's irrelevant):
I realize this movie has been released with English subtitles before (...) Also, I've changed the script to match up with FUNimation's style, something I will be doing for all of my One Piece releases.The original script comes from Kaizoku-Fansubs, which was then edited and distributed by Cyberfreak. I have made edits of my own. The Goie Goie Fruit has no official translation, so I chose to use "Scream Scream Fruit." "Goie" is a play on "voice" in Japanese.
Finally, please support FUNimation and purchase the official version of this movie if/when it becomes avaiable.

The English subs in Pokémon movie 5 aren't mine, though, so I'm not gonna bother even trying to find where the hell I put RM's subs for it.
Megaupload sometimes says that when the file isn't on a specific regional server for some reason. It'll probably be fixed in a few hours.
The rar via the MU links is broken. It gives an error when you try to extract and it only extracts 1 GB of the movie before doing so.
Try renaming them to .part1.rar, .part2.rar, .part3.rar. I tweaked that in the MU file options just now. I thought it'd work with .rar/r00/r01 too, but I guess I was wrong.

Mas se em inglês servir, podes sempre fazer download de rips dos DVDs R1, esses têm softsubs.
poize, é o que farei mesmo, vou traduzir pelo menos ate o 260 depois ele fica em HD-TV ou seja, praticamente todas as raws HDTV sao as mesmas. nao muda muito de release pra outro release

Já estou a fazer download do segundo blu-ray daí há umas horas. À magnífica velocidade de 1kb/s. Com sorte talvez tenha os dados antes do filme sair em França em Novembro >_>
Mas sim, vou tentar fazer a mesma coisa com todos os outros filmes, até ao 7 inclusive (8 para a frente já não vale a pena; existem blu-rays R1 para o filme 8 e a Yibis legendou os filmes 9 e o 10 em HD).

Just some nitpicking, right in the beginning a few small letter i are replaced by small letter L. 00:19 it says "many enemles of thelr gold." "enemies" and "their" are the problem words.
I haven't watched the entire film, just checking to see the difference with the old K-F release.
Any idea on the chances this might be an ongoing problem througout the movie and possebly in movie 2 and three 3 as well, or wether this is more likely to be a one time incident? (probably hard to determine, but I just had to ask).
It's an OCR issue. The subs were OCRed from GoldenUmi's DVD image, and the italic "i" got misparsed as an l (non-italic i was fine). I fixed as many as I could, but I guess I missed a few here and there. Same thing with movie 2, but movie 3 isn't an OCR, so that one should be clear.
Makes sense. Want me to double check movies one and two for those i/l for archival purposes?
I certainly wouldn't mind it if you did, but I'm not putting out a v2 over just a couple of typos. Might be worth it to keep the error from coming up again if in future uses though, maybe...? I dunno.
I as thinking about a delta patch at most, not a whole new torrent.

The torrents are dead with no seeds .And the recent shit with nyaa torrents trackers has made most of there torrents useless :sad: .Please add ddl links for the one piece movies on a site like mirror creator that has multiple hosts for your uploads.
I might reseed the torrents later. I don't think I'll be uploading everything again though -- too much work.
Would you be willing to put your .ass subtitles of movie 1-3 in a .rar and upload it, I'm just looking for the subs (which should go well together with the "chubby-raws" releases, otherwise I'm just gonna adjust them a little). Downloading 6 GBs of movies just for the subs wouldn't make much sense right.. thanks in advance!
